It's Noonday Week~Day 3

The Bug is off to school
and Momma is having an office day
hard at work on my small businesses.

Or better said, I'm:
sittin' in my office sippin' Dunkin
workin' on photo shoots...
Laid back.

{For those of you who didn't listen to Snoop Dog
as a teenager, I'm sorry.
You'll never understand the pun.  :) }

So, it's Noonday Week~Day 3.

And the piece that I am showcasing today is...
Drumroll....

If you keep up with trends,
you know that bracelets are all the rage right now.
Like, as many as you can fit on one arm kind of rage.

I'm fascinated by this particular bracelet because it was once
a simple ugly nut hanging on a tree.

{I'm an Ohio State Buckeye alum after all,
so nuts with a purpose will always have
a very special place in my heart.}

Check it out:

Over the course of 3 months,
this wonky nut, found in the jungles of Ecuador, gets made in to a beautiful bead.

"Through a manual, low energy process, tagua  seeds are transformed
into fashion forward pieces that tell a story of sustainability.
Each bead will have sculptural natural irregularities, both in color and form,
to create a truly one of a kind piece.

After the seeds are transformed to beads, our skillful artisans
craft them into beautiful bracelets,  necklaces, and earrings.
Noonday Collection, in partnership with the Andean Collection,
offers artisans the opportunity to participate in the global market while inspiring you
with access to the elusive world of the rural Andes.
Their non-profit arm, Andean Project, ensures that this new market access
is productive and healthy and addresses other poverty related social issues."

The Tagua Seed bracelet comes in a variety of colors...

and adds pizazz to any outfit.

Visit my Noonday website to add some Tagua charm to your arm.

Happy Wednesday!
