Pumpkin Waffle Awesomeness.

If it's possible for a waffle to taste like pumpkin pie,
this is the way to go about it:

{RECIPE}
1 really cute kid to help you mix the following ingredients:
1 large egg, beaten
2 egg whites only, beaten
4 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 cup evaporated skim milk
{I used 7/8 cup milk and 1/8 cup
vanilla coffee creamer instead of evap. milk}
2 Tbsp. canola oil
3/4 cup pumpkin puree
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
{Technically, the recipe called for
1/2 cup pumpkin and 1/2 finely chopped apple.
I didn't have apple, so I just added 1/4 cup more pumpkin.}

1.) Mix wet stuff.
2.) Mix dry stuff.
3.) Mix all ingredients together but not excessively.


Omg. Delish.
